WHAT IS THE 410TH COURT’S SAFPF

RE-ENTRY PROGRAM?

The 410th Court’s SAFPF Re-Entry Program is a Drug and Alcohol Reintegration Program designed for those individuals that have successfully completed the inpatient portion of SAFPF. The Re-Entry Program was created by Judge Mayes to provide SAFPF clients with a smoother and more successful transition back into the “real world” by providing (1) more judicial involvement and monitoring following release from SAFPF, (2) more intensive supervision following release from SAFPF and (3) an increase in the SAFPF client’s awareness and accountability through a reduction in unemployment, recidivism and relapse.

The Program’s goals are to

  1. reduce arrests of SAFPF clients,
  2. reduce relapses of SAFPF clients and
  3. help SAFPF clients become successfully reintegrated back into society following their SAFPF experience.

‚Äč The Program provides a motivated SAFPF client the opportunity to maintain their sobriety through an intensive counseling and treatment program while continuing on probation
