SANCTIONS COURT REQUIREMENTS Length of Program (6 months) PHASE I- Court sessions monthly. Report to supervision officer monthly and as requested. Submit to random drug testing as requested by supervising officer. Attend and participate in all treatment recommended at the direction of supervising officer and as ordered by the court on judgment. (Substance abuse, domestic violence, anger management, psychological, etc.)  Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) is required if not ordered to attend any other treatment classes. (Monday’s & Wednesday’s at Conroe Probation office) Comply with all other conditions of community supervision. PHASE II- Attend court sessions 1-3 times every 90 days. Report to supervising officer monthly and as requested. Attend required treatment and be progressing well in treatment. Submit to random drug testing as requested by supervising officer. Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) is required if offender is not ordered to attend any other treatment classes. Comply with all other conditions of community supervision. PHASE III/Discharge-duration of supervision term 1.      Report to regular supervising officer.   2.      Continue to comply with all terms of conditions of community supervision.   3.      Continue and attend/progress in treatment until successfully discharged from supervision.   4.      Participant can be rewarded with incentives.
