Fee payments due to Montgomery County Department of Community Supervision and Corrections (MCDCSC) may be paid in person at any of our three locations. These MCDCSC locations will only accept payment in the form of Cash, Money Order or Cashiers Check.

NO PERSONAL CHECKS will be accepted.

The probationer may have to pay other fees such as:

Payments for these fees can be made at either the District Clerks office for felony cases or the County Clerks office for misdemaener cases.
